One serving is 6 g (1 scoop): the unflavoured version contains 5400 mg of creatine monohydrate and 600 mg of taurine, the flavoured versions 4050 mg of creatine monohydrate and 450 mg of taurine. The 500 g pack contains 83 servings and the 1000 g pack 166 servings.

Usage and warnings
Dissolve 1 serving (6 g, i.e. 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water (500 g pack) or in 375 ml of water (1000 g pack). On training days take the serving before training, on non-training days in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not take more than 1 serving (6 g) per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. This product should not be used by children, pregnant or nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of small children. Intended for physically active adults over 18 years. Flavoured versions contain a sweetener. Close the pack tightly after each use.
Store in a dry, cool place. The best before date and batch number are printed on the bottom of the pack.
